Child Support

The Child Support Division assists families to establish paternity, obtain orders for payment of child support, and secure compliance with support orders.  We are contracted with the Department of Human Resources to provide legal services in child support cases only.

The Child Support Program is judicially-based, meaning that all action to establish paternity and support and most actions to enforce support obligations require court intervention initiated by our office.

For more information regarding our services, please contact our Child Support Division office at 251-937-0253.  We will be happy to assist you with any questions you might have.
